ELIGIBILITY:The “Nickelback Fan Club Meet & Greet Upgrade” Contest is open only to members of the Nickelback Fan Club who are legal residents of, and living within, the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia and who are at least 18 years of age at time of submission. The program is void in Alaska, Hawaii, outside the United States, District of Columbia, and where prohibited by law. Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Live Nation Merchandise (Sponsor), NickelbackFanClub.com, any other sponsors and their agencies and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries and the immediate family members of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter the Contest.Please do not call or email personal requests to NickelbackFanClub.com. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The Contest begins August 16th, 2010 at 12:00PM EST and ends at 11:59PM EST ten (10) days prior to the date of the show for which entrant submits his or her entry form. E.g., for the show occurring on September 14th, the contest ends on September 3rd at 11:59PM EST.Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBLE ENTRY:
An eligible entry must be submitted using the entry form available to Fan Club members on NickelbackFanClub.com. Only one entry per membership is allowed. Duplicate entries will result in disqualification. By entering, entrants agree to comply with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. Neither Live Nation Merchandise, NickelbackFanClub.com, nor their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, nor any telephone network or service providers, is responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or Web site, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in this drawing. Proof of entering information at web site does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.
WINNER SELECTION:
One (1) winning entry will be chosen ten (10) days prior to each public concert performed by Nickelback from September 14th, 2010 through to October 30th, 2010. Winning entries will be randomly selected from entries containing a correct answer to the user-selected trivia question that must accompany each entry. Winners will be notified on or around five (5) business days prior to the show date for which the entrant has won. Winners will have 48 hours from the moment notification is issued to respond to such notification. Additionally, winner must submit name of guest within 48 hours of notification. If winner does not respond within said period, winner forfeits prize to be given to another submission as selected by judges. If winner is under 18 years of age, winner must have formal written permission from legal guardian, and winner’s guest must be at least 18 years of age.By accepting prize, both winner and winner’s guest consent to the use of name, voice and/or photographs and use of submission for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the posting of names online or other online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If, in Live Nation Merchandise’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the contest, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the contest, Live Nation Merchandise reserves the right to void any entries at issue and/or to modify or terminate this contest, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award the prizes using all eligible entries received as of this termination date.
PRIZES:
One (1) pair of Meet & Greet passes for a single, pre-selected Nickelback concert. One prize will be allocated for each public concert performed by Nickelback from September 14th, 2010 through to October 30th, 2010. A Meet & Greet pass is only valid in conjunction when paired with a valid concert ticket; possession of a valid concert ticket is a prerequisite for acceptance of prize.
Each winner and winner’s guest will have to present a valid photo ID (license or passport) to redeem their Meet & Greet passes. Prize winners may not sell or trade any prize won or otherwise acquired through this contest. If, in Live Nation Merchandise’s opinion, contest winner or contest winner’s guest is attempting to sell or trade prize, Live Nation Merchandise reserves the right to revoke prize without notice. No substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize or prize component for one of equal or greater value if a designated prize or component should become unavailable for any reason. Prize consists of only the item specifically listed as part of the Prize. Any item, feature, cost or expense not specifically listed as part of the Prize is the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable fees and taxes associated with prize receipt and use.(“ARV”) of Prize: 100 USD.
